 02 Our method

The clinic inside a cafe.

We've dismantled the sterile waiting room. Here, clinical dietetics meets Melbourne's cafe culture. Your consultation happens over a flat white, surrounded by the scent of fresh, therapeutic ingredients.

The method

Three steps.
One month of breakfasts.

Most nutrition plans live in PDFs. Ours live on a plate, cooked by the people who wrote them. No tracking app, no homework, no guilt about your 11am snack.

  1. 01 Step 01

    Sit.

Forty-five minutes with a registered dietitian. We talk goals, bloods, the real shape of your mornings. No across-a-desk distance.

    Duration · 45 min
  2. 02 Step 02

    Map.

A month of breakfasts written for your numbers. Tailored to your glucose curve, your appetite, the train you have to catch.

    Output · One prescription
  3. 03 Step 03

    Eat.

Show up before work. Your dietitian's plan is on the pass. You taste the protocol, not the compromise — and start the habit on day one.

 03 Origin

A beautiful plan she never followed.

The Breakfast Prescription started because our founder watched her own dietitian write a beautiful plan she never followed. The advice was sound. The mornings were the problem.

Between a 7am alarm and a 9am meeting, nobody is weighing oats or balancing macros. So we moved the plan out of the PDF and onto a plate.

You sit with a registered dietitian, talk through your goals, your bloods, your real life. They map a month of breakfasts to that plan. Then you come in and eat them, cooked by the same people who wrote them.

The glucose-friendly pancakes that taste like real pancakes were the proof of concept — the dish that convinced us steady mornings don't have to taste like a compromise. A month later, most people have a breakfast habit instead of a resolution.
